YOUR QUESTIONS
With the right information,
let’s move forward.
Questions about products, packaging, colours and application.
Product and packaging
Which product families are available?
We offer alkyd, acrylic, water-based and chlorinated rubber road paints; MMA, kerb and cycle lane products; epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings; and drop-on and premix glass beads.
Are MMA screed and profiled materials the same product?
No. They are separate products. Assess their application methods and technical documents separately.
Does 25 kg refer to the complete MMA set?
25 kg is the main component quantity. The hardener (AKPEROX BP50) is supplied separately in 25 kg cartons and used at 1–2% of the main component weight depending on weather conditions. We can determine the component quantities for your project together at quotation stage.
What options are available for cycle lanes?
Water-based, alkyd and acrylic options made to the same formulas as our road marking paints are available. Line or area marking, the existing surface and the project specification guide the selection.
Colour and ordering
Which colours can be produced?
Colour options vary by product. For road products, white and yellow are ready colours; other RAL colours are made to order with a minimum order of 1 tonne per colour. See the RAL codes on each product page and contact us for delivery information.
Do screen colours match print or application?
Screen colours are approximate. Confirm the final colour using a physical RAL chart and, where needed, an approved sample.
Can I request another colour or quantity?
Include the colour code and quantity in your enquiry. Production, quantities and delivery conditions are discussed together.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Share the product or application area, substrate, colour code, quantity or dimensions, delivery location and target date. Include the specification if available.
Documentation and application
Are the brochure and technical data sheet the same?
No. Brochures and product information sheets describe the product, packaging and basic identity. Technical data sheets cover application conditions; safety data sheets cover safe handling.
How can I obtain technical and safety data sheets?
Request the latest documents for your product and each MMA component through the contact page. The revision and product identity must match the ordered material.
How are consumption and opening times determined?
These depend on the product, substrate, applied thickness and ambient conditions. Assess them using the current product technical document and project information.
Does one certificate cover all colours and products?
A document applies only to the products, colours and conditions defined within it. Request the required document with the product and colour code for your project.
